Coffee Morning - November 23rd 2013
On Saturday November 23rd, 2013 the Dunblane Committee organised a Coffee Morning at the Dunblane Cathedral Halls. With fantastic support from twelve young women from Dunblane High School, over £930 was raised to help support our partnership with the Likhubula Committee. There was no sign in the Halls of the chilly weather outside as the warm coffee and teas were served along with delicious scones and pancakes. Bacon rolls, kindly donated by Bennett's Butchers were freshly made and went down a treat.
There were also some information stalls, a selection of African crafts and a table full of home baking for sale.
Thank you to everyone who supported us at the coffee morning and helped raise such a brilliant total. This money will help us to continue to work in partnership with our friends in Malawi. Zikomo!
