On the suggestion of the Likhubula Steering Committee, a sign has been commissioned on the side of the new toilet block at Nasato Primary marking that the new toilets have been provided through the partnership.
We were particularly pleased to hear the steering committee had taken the initiative to shop around and find the best deal after they suspected they were being over-quoted "asungu" (white person) prices due to the funding coming from Scotland.
Previously, a painting marking the partnership involvement was undertaken on the side of the Marys Meals Kitchen, and it is hoped that this new painting will also remain as a reminder of the partnership between the 2 communities for many years to come.
